RELOOP Path Charting
The main results of the activity in the RELOOP project are:
Needs Assessment Report
– A report identifying gaps and challenges in current VET practices for regenerative agriculture.
– Based on surveys and interviews with key stakeholders such as farmers, local producers, sustainable agricultural business owners, VET trainers, and experts.
– Focus groups conducted in each partner’s region.
Review Report of Innovative Best Practices
– A comprehensive report highlighting successful and innovative approaches in regenerative agriculture that can be adapted for the project.
– Covers VET programs, training, curricula, learner engagement, support methods, job opportunities, and professional profiles.
– Available in English and translated into the partners’ languages.
RELOOP Curriculum for Regenerative Agriculture Training
– A curriculum developed based on the needs assessment and best practices review.
– Designed for a blended learning approach, combining online modules with practical workshops.
– Informative modules available in English and the partners’ languages.
RELOOP Dynamic Online Course on Regenerative Agriculture
RELOOP project will focus on developing, testing, and launching an interactive online course for VET trainers and stakeholders in regenerative agriculture. The main results are:
Developing the RELOOP Interactive Course Content
– Creation of a comprehensive online course with four informative modules and specific lessons.
– Modules based on the informative content developed in WP2, designed to be user-friendly and accessible.
– The course will be translated into all partner languages to maximize reach and impact.
Piloting and Testing the RELOOP Interactive Course
– The course will be piloted and tested by VET trainers and learners in each partner country.
– Feedback on technology, content, and user experience will be collected.
– The course will be revised and improved based on this feedback, and the results will be compiled into a comprehensive evaluation report.
Launching the RELOOP Interactive Course on the Project’s Official Website
– After revisions, the course will be launched on the official project website.
– Available in multiple languages to ensure wide accessibility and impact.
3. RELOOP Practical Skills Building Workshops
RELOOP project will focus on practical skills building workshops, aiming to provide hands-on experience in regenerative agriculture. The expected results are:
Enhanced Practical Skills in Regenerative Practices
– Participants will gain experience in implementing regenerative practices such as closed-loop systems, soil health, water management, and livestock integration.
– Activities will include building and installing rainwater harvesting systems, conducting soil health assessments, developing soil improvement plans, and designing grazing plans for livestock.
Workshops and Training Sessions
– Transnational Workshops:
“Soil Health Assessment and Improvement Plan” in Slovenia.
“Sustainable Water Management in Regenerative Agriculture” in Sweden.
– Local Workshops:
– “Maximizing Resource Efficiency: The Benefits of Livestock Integration in Regenerative Agriculture” conducted in each partner region (six workshops in total).
Training Materials and Reports
– Development of 2 Training Plan eGuides.
– Compilation of 6 Event Reports.
Creation of a Supportive Network
– Facilitating knowledge sharing and best practices among farmers, VET professionals, and experts.
– Establishing a network committed to regenerative agriculture for continued support beyond the workshops.
Overall Impact
– Improved farm productivity, increased soil health, enhanced biodiversity, and improved ecosystem services.
– Empowering VET trainers to better support their learners, particularly those with fewer opportunities, in adopting regenerative practices.
